プレス金型・プレス加工
当社のプレス加工は金型作りからスタートします。ほぼ全ての金型を社内で設計・製作し、お客様の理想の部品形状を満足いたします。量産では、厳しい品質診断を通過した製品だけがお客様に納品され、高いQC水準を維持いたします。
Our press processing begins with die design and manufacturing. Almost all dies are designed and produced in-house, enabling us to fully satisfy our customers’ ideal part requirements. In mass production, only products that have passed strict quality inspections are delivered, ensuring the highest QC standards.
ブレージング（一体炉中ロー付け）
ブレージング加工は、当社の最も特徴的な加工です。特殊なブレージング炉により、各種金属の接合部分を一回の加工で合理的に溶接します。二酸化炭素や各種ガスを無駄に使わない、環境にやさしく品質の高い理想的な工法です。
Brazing is one of our most distinctive processes. Using specialized brazing furnaces, we efficiently weld joints of various metals in a single operation — an environmentally friendly method that minimizes CO₂ and gas use while delivering superior, reliable quality.
システムの改善
当社は、製造・品質・生産管理の業務に自社で設計したシステムを使用しています。中小企業が使いやすいシステム構築を心掛け、継続的に改善をしています。
